Tackling excess pounds together with others in a group is three times more effective and sustainable. Despite its superiour business idea Weight Watchers was lacking awareness and conversion in the Swiss market. A compelling visual concept embedded into a direct-driven media setup helped to overcome inhibitions, drive enrollments and strengthen loyality.
